Please note that once the hair has been installed, coloured, cut or otherwise altered, it cannot be returned.
Washing Your Hair

We recommend:
- Washing your hair with a sulphate-free shampoo.
- Following with a nourishing conditioner.
- Washing in a downward motion to minimise tangling.
- Rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Avoid using excessively hot water, as this may dry the hair over time.
Drying Your Hair
After washing:
- Gently squeeze out excess water using a soft towel.
- Avoid rubbing the hair vigorously.
- Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.
